  • I believe I have received extreme efforts with absolute great customer service, organisation and standards.  I am very proud to announce the keys were given to me for my property on the 12th January 2015. The Journey started about 6 months ago when me and my wife initially started looking for the property.  Sunil added me to the Broads data base being attentive to my needs and showing amazing customer service skills.  He focused on the location I was looking for, looking at the price and the type of property I described to him.

     

     

  • I had many questions all the time and every time I called the Broads office, a message would be passed on and I would get a phone call on the nearest convenient time.

  • All has gone through and I am so thankful to Sunil and the Broads team and really thank you for your hard work, efforts and passion for service and sales.  This is not a company that just wants your money.  It is a company of loyalty and trust and I have confidence in going through you when I look for my next property.  I feel from start to finish that I have been taken care of.

  • Sunil communicated information very well.  He had done a lot of research about the property, the last owner and many details which influenced them in wanting me to buy the property.  It was the correct location, price, spacious and exactly how he had described it.  I put forward an offer of £337,500 and was accepted under survey conditions.

  • By the end, Sunil found my property, we had a phone conversation communicating about the house.  I was in a rush to see this property as I really liked what I heard.  It was a ridiculous time 8pm out of his hours and he promised he would do his best and spoke to his manager to view this property.  I really loved the property and urgently wanted my parents and my wife to see the property and arranged it for 9am the next morning.

  • With the first few viewings, I looked at houses later than usual and this was arranged and me and my wife did not like the first few properties and explained why and what I needed in my property.  Sunil then using his expertise and skills started looking at houses and picking out certain ones and emailing them to me, giving me regular phone calls going through those chosen ones.

  • I have been one of those awkward customers being very fussy and in terms of work timings had very awkward times for viewings.  This was not at all an issue and approached by Sunil in a very calm, yet assertive and caring manner advising me that he will suit my needs and with all his passion for property and Broads as a company show how high his standards were by managing himself to meet my goals, timings and criteria.
